A NEW YEAR!

A quick color study in Lifedrawing class. I think it was 20 or 30 minutes.

Another color study. 20 minutes. Thankfully my Lifedrawing teacher lets me use my tabletPC in class ;)

Lastly, one more color study. The drawing kinda sucks, but I really like how my color selection turned out.

My first crack at Artrage 3, which everyone should go out and buy immediately...This one is a quickie while drawing at the ROM. I didn't get to finish it cause security made me unplug my laptop as it was a "fire hazard"...

A fun lifedrawing assignment I had last semester. We had to take 5 poses from an extra lifedrawing drawing session and draw any character in those same poses. I picked Akuma from Street Fighter.

An inclass life drawing exercise in shadow/light and contrast. The structure is off in a few places but I'm still pleased with how the values came out.

MEGA POST part 3 - Summer 2009

Another painting for the weekly painting group I'm a part of. Doesn't it look great as a thumbnail?. Don't look at the enlarged version. lol . I like the overall direction this was going but I ran out of time.

Daily sketch challenge on CGtalk.com. Subject was... you guessed it. "The red knight"

Heather on the "couch" watching a movie.

Speedpaint Master Copy from some concept art in the Skillful huntsmen book.

An ad I saw in a magazine. The models were really into it clearly.

Budha statue at the ROM. Little annoying kids kept bugging us every two seconds that day.

Caricature of BRG ( Big Read headed Guy) on his dock at his cottage. He actually sat still for an hour or so.

Speed painting of Loz From the FF movie. What an awesome bike he has.

Architectural speed painting. Its a Bavarian castle! I like how the colors turned out.

A self portrait for a weekly painting group I joined.

Sketch while at the AGO. They have ton of these super detailed miniature statues there.

Heather on the docks at BRG's Cottage. Kinda missed the likeness :P

Superhero lady . A scribble I did while waiting for my boss to arrive at work . No Reference.

A black and white photo from an artbook I was reading. Straight marker and art sticks for color! BYAAWWW

Saw this really cool spy chick on the cover of a magazine. I had to draw it.
